The delivery period was longer than expected, it ended up going past 2 weeks for delivery when I was told 5-8 days. However, I understand because it was during the holiday period.

I only have one complaint about my cushions, and that is not a huge complaint, anyway, but I would have liked the photos “ lightened” up a little with a bit of a “photo shop”, as the cushions are really too dark... the cutting out and the shape of the cushions is excellent...
I had one done in Melbourne, and they “lightened” the photo so I could actually see the cat clearly... at first, I thought it was too light, but it actually showed the true colour of her eyes, and the ginger colour throughout her dark fur..... my friends and I all agreed it was the best in showing the “true look”, but that your pillows had the best cut and shape....

I really loved the costumer service. They helped me pick the perfect picture. Over all, I‘m happy with the result, I just wasn‘t aware, that it would be so thin. I imagined the 40cm cushion to be wider. Unfortunately, it looks more like a neck pillow, than a cushion. Nevertheless, the product is of very high quality.
